Agitating BUET students have threatened to put all the varsity buildings under lock and key if the Vice Chancellor does not meet with them by 2pm on Friday.
The ultimatum came from a press briefing held in front of Shaheed Minar on Thursday morning.
The protesters also reiterated their 10-point demands including ensuring justice for Abrar Fahad, a BUET student who was brutally murdered by some BCL men at his dormitory.
The students are continuing their demonstration for the fourth consecutive day to press home their demands.
They also threatened to stop all administrative activities if their demands are not met by the stipulated time.
They alleged that the BUET administration has not yet taken any measure to meet their demands.
The agitators also announced that no admission tests will be held on October 14 if their demands are not fulfilled.
Abrar Fahad, 21, a second year student of Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), was found dead at his dormitory Sher-e-Bangla Hall early Monday.
