Dengue claims life of sexagenarian

A 65-year-old woman died of mosquito-borne disease dengue at Mymensingh Medical College Hospital early Saturday.

The hospital deputy director doctor Lakshminarayan Mazumder confirmed the matter.

Earlier on September 13, Fatema Akter from Islampur upazila of Jamalpur was admitted to 12 no. Ward of the hospital with dengue fever.





Physician Lakshminarayan said Fatema was kept at Incentive Care Unit (ICU) on Thursday as her condition deteriorated.
