Inner Wheel Club of Dilkusha celebrates 25th anniversary
Dilkusha, a renowned club of Inner Wheel District 345 of International Women's Organization celebrated its 25th anniversary in a local hotel recently.
Dr. Hasan Mahmud, Information Minister, inaugurated the programme. The celebration programme is chaired by Inner Wheel Club of Dilkusha president Kazi Tahmina Haque.
Club President Tahmina Haque said, "We'll go forward, by remembering the past because they are our predecessor and they are our inspiration."
National representative Farida Hashem and Immediate Past President Yasmin Islam and Rotary 3281 Governor Khairul Alam also spoke on the occasion.
She expressed her determination to go ahead with the elation of 25th Silver Jubilee of Dilkusha Club.
Chief guest Information Minister Hasan Mahmud called the new generation to build the country through patriotism and sincerity for the country.
He said, "The people of Europe and America never imitates other, they have built their country through their education, knowledge and innovation. So we have to do this also. Bangladesh is now ahead of many other countries in terms of economy and social category."
The Information Minister also urged all to come forward for the development of the country.
He said the mothers can play an important role in awakening the social value to her son and daughters. According to him, this social value could make country outright successful.
He welcomed all the 25th anniversary of the Inner wheel Club of Dilkusha, saying that the club's members contribution to the society is praiseworthy. He also wishes the best of the luck of the club.
Past Board of Director Dilruba Ahmed, Rotary Club of Dilkhusha's Charter President Kazi Wahidul Alam and Rotary Governor Khairul Alam congratulated to the Inner Wheel club of Dilkusha's Charter President Tahera Wahid, Past District Chairman Nur Ayesha Chaklader and Sharmin Hossain and all the club member of Inner Wheel Club of Dilkusha.
Many members of the Inner Wheel Club from different areas were present in the programme, which was also arranged for the debut of the newly elected committee and farewell of the outgoing committee.
