Rally against drugs held in Senbagh


Around 900 students from different educational institutions in Senbagh upazila of Noakhali on Thursday participated in a rally to say no to drugs and sexual harassment.

Local Government Division and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) jointly organised the programme at Ramendra Model High School at noon.

Senbagh upazila chairman Jafar Ahmed Chowdhury spoke  the rally as the chief guest while UNO Mohammad Minhazur Rahman presided over.

Upazila vice-chairman Golam Kabir, Secondary Education officer Md Najim Uddin,  Senbagh Police Station OC Md Mizanur Rahman and Ramendra Model High School head master Md Belayet Hossain, among others, were present.
