Anzuman Ara Rosy is a culinary artist. As her husband was a government service holder, she has visited many places of Bangladesh and grabs the knowledge about Bangladeshi authentic traditional foods. Beside that she has knowledge about the multi cuisine. She aims to reach at International level to spread the Bangladeshi cuisine worldwide.
Beef Steak
Ingredients
Boneless beef 250 gram
Garlic Powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Olive oil cup  

Method
At first hammer the beef and mix all the ingredients except olive oil. Marinate the beef for 4 hour. In a pan heat the olive oil. Fry the both sides of beef steak for 5 minutes each. Now bake the steak in 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. Serve the steak with mashed potato and sautéed vegetables.
