Subscription for RSTL shares begins from Aug 25

The subscription for shares of Ring Shine Textiles Limited (RSTL) by the eligible investors through electronic subscription system under fixed price method of the stock exchanges will be started from 10:00am of August 25 and continued till 5:30pm of September 9 (round the clock).
The required 100 per cent of subscribed amount shall be paid through IFIC Bank Limited, (Account Name: Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited, Account No. 1090344039042) in between 10:00am of August 25, 2019 to 2:00pm of September 9 (during banking hour).

Cos to hold board meeting
Padma Life: Padma Islami Life Insurance Limited (Padma Life) has called for its board meeting at the company's head office in the city at 2:40pm on August 29.

NBL credits bonus shares
