Crispy Beef Fry

Ingredients:
Beef slice- 1 Kg
Oil- 2 Cup
Onion/Ginger/ Zira paste-   tsp
Chili powder-   tsp
Egg- 1Pcs
Bread Crum    - 1 Cup
Hot spices powder    - tsp
Raw papaya paste    - 1 tsp
Salt- As needed
Corn flower    - 2 tsp
Soya Sauce- 1 tsp
Tandoori Spices- 1 tsp
Method:
Firstly mix all the spices and papaya paste with the meat. Then add soya sauce and keep it for marinate, 15-20 minutes. Then add cornflower and crouch into the egg then rolled up into the bread Crum. Then fry into the hot oil. Your Crispy Beef Fry is ready to taste.


Banana Mughlai Parata

Ingredients:
Ripe Banana-- 2 Pcs
Flour-- Cup
Salt--As needed
Oil--2 tbsp
Egg--2 Pcs
Sugar--2 tsp
Method:
At first, add oil and salt well with the flour and keep it for marinate, 30 minutes. Then rolled it like ruti and give inside 1 banana and 1 spoon sugar. Mix properly and fry like parata. Then flush fry it again with butter and add chocolate sauce on it to serve.  Your Banana Mughlai Parata is ready to taste.
