Amra Kuri turns 28

Amra Kuri, a national level cultural group for children and juveniles has stepped into its 28th year in 2019. To celebrate the founding anniversary an elaborate programme was arranged at Music and Dance Auditorium, Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, Segunbagicha in the city on August 4. At the programme three noted women personalities were honoured with lifetime achievement awards. The recipients are-actresses Dilara Zaman and Fatema-Tuz-Zohra, and filmmaker Nargis Akhter. A cultural programme was held after the prize giving ceremony.
