Two poems by Rubab Abdullah |
An epistle Writing a letter Lovingly, "While walking in nature I think of nothing else but... Pervading moments with you The tempo of the music we composed sometimes in silence, Sometimes in tunes... Our smiles, promises and pleasant disagreements--everything-- Said--our days of sacrifices and struggles can never be forgotten And we should stay true to what we are." Water, Water, Everywhere Falling from mountain peaks, A babbling brook, Swirling Taking me along. I am tempestuous I moisten parched earth, I glitter when the moon beams down on me. I moan but let go of woes For I must color the wonder of life. The poet lives in Ohio, USA |
