Four found dead in four districts

Four persons were found dead in four districts- Habiganj, Gazipur, Rajshahi and Pabna, in two days.
HABIGANJ: Police recovered a tomtom (locally made vehicle) driver's hanging body from his house at Paschim Bhadoi Village under Sadar Upazila of the district on Tuesday noon.
Deceased Askir Mia, 55, was the son of Abdul Latif of the village.
Locals said family members found the body hanging and informed police.
Later, police recovered the body and sent it to morgue for an autopsy.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sadar Police Station (PS) Md Masuk Ali said the cause of the death could not be confirmed immediately.
GAZIPUR: Firefighters recovered a college student's body from the Turag River near Kodda area of the city on Tuesday morning.
Deceased Rubel Hossen, 20, was the son of Robi Mia of Dewaliabari area in the city, and a student of degree second year at Bhawal Badre Alam Government College.
Station Officer of Kaliakoir Fire Service Md Kabirul Alam said the deceased fell from a boat in the river during a picnic along with his friends on Sunday last, and went missing.
Firefighters recovered the body from the river on Tuesday.
RAJSHAHI: Police recovered a minor girl's body from a ditch near Deopara Government Primary School in Bagmara Upazila of the district on Tuesday morning.
Deceased Shimu Akhter, 5, was the daughter of Abdur Rashid of Deopara Village in the upazila.
Bagmara PS OC Ataur Rahman said the girl went missing on Monday noon. On Tuesday morning, locals saw her body floating in the ditch and informed police.
Later, police recovered the body and handed it over to family members.
An unnatural death case was filed in this connection.
PABNA: Police recovered an unknown youth's body from the Jamuna River near Panchakola Ghat area under Bera Upazila of the district on Monday noon.
Police said locals found the body floating in the river and informed them.
Later, police recovered the body which was tied in hands with a rope and sent it to Pabna Medical College Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
Bera Model PS OC Shahid Mahmud confirmed the incident.
