Stop the tendency towards govt job

Dear Sir

The young are the main driving force for development in any nation. After student-life, almost everyone sets out into the world looking for a job, and given the relative economic safety that government jobs present, it's only natural for young people to vie for them, which is further fuelled by the daunting, cut-throat nature of working in the private sector.

But many youths are committing suicide as they are unable to acquire a government job. Once the quota system was a barrier but recently they abolishment of all quota has creating a new hope among the recent graduates. But the still people are getting frustrated because of the BCS culture. Why do not we broaden our mind and try to be self-reliant? There are different ways to become successful in life but we often forget that because of our mental orientation is BCS centred. We should look for higher studies in abroad. We should look new start up businesses.
