Children need breast feeding

Children need breast feeding

Maternity is neither a responsibility nor a business; it's rightly said by world famous authoress Oriana Falasy. There is no debate that a woman is a person. The strongest instinct of women is maternity. To feed mother breast is the compulsory element.
We have a responsibility to consider respectfully, feeding mother breast as a noble, beautiful and a glorious work of a woman. To consider feeding breast to children is back dated and shameful work is unjust and it is immoral to consider women breast only as a sexual organ depriving women from the glorious and noble work. Today it is scientifically true that taking artificial food and not feeding breast is dangerous both for the health and nutrition of mother and child.
Dr. Ainun  Afroz , professor, child health and gastro- antiralisist department, Bangabandhu  Sheikh Mujib Medical University Dhaka, said, "where developed countries think about establishing  mother's milk bank  for preserving mother's milk, mothers, like our poor country  are going gradually  backward in this regard. Children should be feed mother's milk immediately after it's birth.  A tips is for outdoor worker mother is to put milk in a cup Ningria  Ningrano milk remain fresh 6 to 8 hour and in freeze I remain fresh one day''.
In the development of the civilization and invention of the system of pasteurization of animal milk almost every mother has fallen in a trap of the advertisements of the multinational dairy food companies. Human babies are deprived of getting Breast feeding. These innocent children are driven to kill feeding poisonous tin coated milk.  Surveying economically it is seen that per kg artificial baby foods price is about 500 taka. For total nutrition of a baby by artificial food 2000 taka is needed for a month. A lowest paid workers monthly payment is only taka 2200-2300. For feeding a baby salaries almost 100% is spent, that means the sufferings of the family can be imagined. There is a policy of government that the advertisement of milk powder is bent, before 6 month of a child, artificial milk is given prohibited for the purpose of feeding mother milk compulsorily.
Dr. Nibedita Bhatachariya, assistant coordinator of BBF said ii this regard, "Bangladesh breast feeding foundation is organizing mother support group from the grass root level by the help of NGO's related to national nutrition institute. Their work is to encourage mother to feed breast milk along with 'Sal' milk, to ensure feeding breast milk in the house and work place. We must conscious about tin coated milk powder. We have to remove the wrong belief that milk powder contains more nutrition. From the beginning we have to teach the pregnant mother to feed breast milk properly. If the mother is mentally prepared child will not be deprived of getting mother's milk.
Bangladeshi mothers feed 700 million liters breast milk every year. If they successfully feed they will be able to produce 400 million more milk. The total amount of breast milk is about 11 million, which is much more in price then imported 837million milk powder. According to the surveillance study of Bangladesh Breast Feeding Foundation only 17.8% mother feed their breast milk to their children until 6 months. Only 32.2% mother feed breast milk to her child in 8 hours of its born.
There is a speedy move in the whole world of feeding mother breast, because healthy mother and child means healthy nation. Mother's breast milk is the strong element of health. According to the health specialist, new born baby's first vaccine is sal dud or colostrums Emeuno gobulin which protect a child from different types of bacteria and virus. There is also available lucosit, which protects a child from disease.
Breast feeding is the best food for child health.  Of course Breast feeding is the unlimited source of power for the children.  Only this is not all.  By feeding breast milk woman feel energy in her own self and by this feeling she can control herself and the environment where she lives.
