Bangladesh

Travel travel
so much travel
far far away
a gate and a garden
my favourite place
dhaka, Bangladesh
gives me sway
I can hear
the cawing Of
 crows all day
barking of a dog
that's our kalu
our alley, full of
Cousins and relatives,
talking, visiting,
ringing doorbells
rickshaws here rickshaws there
people and people
all over the place,
crowded streets and roads
no place to walk
shopping buying from my
favourite stores
and visiting my great grandma's house
trying on her favourite blouse
she is one hundred
years old and as
 good as gold
chitter chatter
play relax and enjoy
that's what I love
most about
my beloved
Bangladesh

The poet is a school student and writes from Canada
