Libra Infu board now meets June 24
The board meeting of Libra Infusions Limited (Libra Infu) will now be held at its head office in the capital at 4:00pm on June 24, 2019.
The company's board members will consider, among others, its un-audited financial statements for the Third Quarter (Q3) period that concluded on March 31, 2019 in the meeting.
IBBL to issue Tk 12b 7-year bond
The Board of Directors of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) has taken the decision to raise its Tier-II Capital under Basel-III through issuance of 7-year 'IBBL Third Mudaraba Redeemable Non-Convertible Subordinated Bond' of Tk 12 billion (12,000 million).
The proposed bond will be under Mudaraba Principle of Islamic Shari'ah, subject to the approval of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission and Bangladesh Bank.
Trading of Global Ins shares
Trading of the shares of Global Insurance Company Limited (Global Ins) will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transactions will also be settled as per Spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from today (June 20) to tomorrow (June 23, 2019).
Trading of the company's shares will remain suspended on record date on June 24, 2019.
UBL credits bonus shares
Uttara Bank Limited (UBL) has credited the bonus shares for its shareholders for the year that concluded on December 31, 2018 to their respective beneficiary owner (BO) accounts on June 18, 2019.
The cash dividend and sale proceeds of the company's fraction shares will be distributed in due time.
The company has also requested the shareholders to update their BO A/C, along with bank A/C number immediately in order to credit their bonus shares and cash dividend.
