Dear Sir

In this modern era our mobile phones is one the most necessary things in the world. We cannot think spending a single day without it. It becomes an unhealthy addiction as we stare continuously. Young generations are mostly addicted with cell phones. As all social media are available on mobile phone, they check the notification every moment. These social media are blessing but the overuse of these media can be very much unhealthy as the youth are getting addicted with it.

Moreover they waste their valuable time in these unproductive stuffs. Student life is the crucial time but some youths are spoiling it by misusing it. Some of them are seeing obscenity as well.  They are losing their thinking power and creativity.

Dr Muhammad Zafar Iqbal said, "It's good to use Facebook, but make sure Facebook could not use us. The young people must restrain themselves from the overuse of social media and mobile phone.
