The mercury will further rise across the country, said Meteorological Department (MET) office on Wednesday.
"The temperature has increased due to recent cyclonic storm Fani. Usually after every such storm the temperature goes up. Currently we are facing the same situation," meteorologist Bazlur Rashid said.
The brief description of the weather chart suggests that the extension of low pressure will cross the south and western part of Bangladesh and after that it will touch the Indian state of West Bengal to North Bay of Bengal.
The country has recorded today the highest quantity of rain in Chuadanga.
