‘Banglar Shangskriti’ art exhibition held
Vensus Creation organized a three-day long first edition art exhibition titled 'Banglar Shangskriti' from April 15 to April 17 at Drik Gallery.
Jakir Hossain Shopon, Commissioner of Dhanmondi Branch, inaugurated the exhibition as a chief guest.
This is the first art exhibition organised by Vensus Creation and they claimed it was a successful event.
"We provided a platform for our artists to showcase their talent .As a youth of this generation and being a responsible citizen of Bangladesh, it is our duty to let the world know how rich our culture is, as our culture reflects how we are as a nation," said an organizing member of Vensus Creation.
"Each and every country has a unique culture of its own. The culture of a society includes the lifestyle, cultural functions, different kinds of festivals, clothes, language, religion, values, policies, tradition etc are totally different from other cultural elements. We just wanted to represent our culture through this exhibition."
Thirty artists participated in the exhibition. Artists from all age, different professions were bought together where they portrayed their way of expressing Bengali culture.
The motive of the exhibition was to provide a platform for the artists to showcase their talent through their unique artworks.
