Reckitt Ben declares 700pc cash dividend

The Board of Directors of Reckitt Benckiser (BD) Limited (Reckitt Ben) has recommended 700 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year that concluded on December 31, 2018.
The Reckitt Ben's annual general meeting (AGM) will be held at 11:00am on May 30, 2019 at Chittagong Boat Club Convention Centre in the port city's East Patenga area.
The company's record date for the AGM is on May 8, 2019.
The company has also reported EPS of Tk 70.22, NAV per share of Tk 81.63 and NOCFPS of Tk 129.22 for the same year as against Tk 80.63, Tk 64.28 and Tk 93.37 respectively for the same period of the previous year.

Janata Ins to give 10pc dividendThe Board of Directors of Janata Insurance Company Limited (Janata Ins) has recommended 10 per cent dividend - 5 per cent cash dividend and 5 per cent stock dividend - for its shareholders for the year that ended on December 31, 2018.
The Janata Ins' annual general meeting (AGM) will be held at 11:00am on July 30, 2019 at Banani Club in the capital.
The company's record date for the AGM is on May 26, 2019.
The company has also reported EPS of Tk 1.06, NAV per share of Tk 14.30 and NOCFPS of Tk 0.92 for the same year as against Tk 0.50, Tk 13.89 and Tk 0.57 respectively for the same period of the previous year.

CGIC postpones board meeting The board meeting of City General Insurance Company Limited (CGIC) scheduled to be held at 3:30pm on April 17, 2019 has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.
The CGIC board members will consider, among others, its audited financial statements for the year that ended on December 31, 2018 when they will meet later.
New date and time of the company's meeting will be notified later on.
