The last album from veteran music composer Ahmed Imtiaz Bulbul is awaiting release. The album contains five songs. Even though the album release date has not been revealed yet, it has been announced that a song of the album titled 'Ghuri' will be released tomorrow. Marking Pahela Baishakh, the start of Bengali New Year the song will be released as a music video on the YouTube channel of RW Entertainment. The song is a duet and has promising singer and chief of RW Entertainment- Rizvi Wahid and Indian-Bengali youngster Subhamita Banerjee as vocalists. Ahmed Imtiaz Bulbul bade farewell to the mortal world on January 22, this year. It has been revealed that even three days before his demise he had planned for the album release with Rizvi. The album was scheduled to come out by the end of January. But that never happened. All the songs of the album are voiced by Rizvi Wahid while Ahmed Imtiaz Bulbul had composed them. Bulbul also wrote lyrics of two of the songs.
Lyric of 'Ghuri' is from Gazi Tanvir Ahmed while Rezwan Sazzad has mixed and mastered the music. Lata Achariaa has directed the music video casting Tania Birshty and Irfan Sazzad in lead roles. The song has been recorded in India. Rezwan Sazzad has played the part of music arranger for the whole album which has been rendered in acoustic tunes in its entirety. Apart from 'Ghuri' the album has another duet from Subhamita and lead singer of the album, Rizvi Wahid. Along with Ahmed Imtiaz Bulbul and Gazi Tanvir Ahmed, Rabiul Islam Jibon has also contributed with lyrics by penning one song.
About the upcoming album Rizvi Wahid said, "I like Bubul Sir's music a lot. I had a dream of one-day singing to the music of Sir as its original singer. Now that dream has been fulfilled." The album has been fully rendered acoustic according to plans with Bulbul the singer confirmed noting that it is now sad that he passed away before the album got released. As for working with Subhamita, Rizvi Wahid previously voiced for two duets with her. The songs 'Chokheri Palak-E' and 'Jodi Tumi' were both hits. Building on that experience Rizvi decided to work with her again.
Subhamita on her part said that work with her Rizvi Brother has been successful. But the new two duets hold special significance as they have been composed by Ahmed Imtiaz Bulbul. Singing to his tunes is a grand experience she thinks. The lyric is also marvelous, the singer added.
