Boa Vaat


Ingredients:
Rice fragment- 1 cup
Cube chopped potatoes- 1/2 cup
Salt- As required
Oil- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp
Bay leaf- 2 piece

Ginger/garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
Green chilli- 4/5 piece
Water- 1/2 cup


Method : At first need to heat the oil in the pan and then need to add bay leaf, then need to fry cube chopped potatoes a little bit and then add rice fragment as well as turmeric powder and chilli flakes and need to fry this mixture a little bit at a low heat and keep this mixture for 10 to 15 minutes. After 10 to 15 minutes the dish Boa Vaat will be ready. Before serving the dish sprinkle some chillis on the dish. You can serve this dish with Hilsha fry as well as fried eggplant during Baishakh.

Ingredients:
Rice fragment- 1 cup
Grated Coconut- 1/2 cup
Salt- As required
Water- 1/2 cup





Method : At first keep water in a pan to make it warm and eventually add all the mentioned ingredients and let it be like this for 20 minutes at a low heat. After 20 minutes the Lata Fry dish will be ready. You can serve this dish with Puti Fish along with spicy chili chutney.
