Two Bangladeshis killed in Saudi Arabia road accident



A man and his nephew, who went to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah, were killed in a road accident at Wadi-al-Jinn in Madinah on Monday.

The deceased were identified as Joynal Abedin, 75, and his nephew Nazim Uddin, 60, hailed from Sadar upazila of Narsingdi district.

Witnesses said a private car hit Joynal and Nazim in the evening when they went to visit the Wadi-al-Jinn (Vally of Jinn), leaving the duo dead on the spot and several other people injured.

Relatives said Joynal Abedin and six other family members were to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah.

They decided to bury the deceased in Madinah.
