2 domestic helps sued over ex-Eden College principal murder
Two domestic helps of former Eden Mohila College principal Mahfuza Chowdhury Parvin have been sued over her murder.
Victim's husband Ismat Quadir Gama, a former leader of Chhatra League, filed the case with New Market Police Station on Monday morning.
The accused domestic helps-- Reshma and Swapna-- went into hiding after the murder.
Md Maruf Hossain Sardar, deputy commissioner (Ramna Zone) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police, confirmed media about filing of the case.
Mahfuza's husband Gama is the vice chairman of Muktijoddha Sangsad. He was the general secretary of BCL early seventies.
Police recovered the body of former principal of Eden Mohila College Mahfuza Chowdhury Parvin, 60, from her residence at Sukanya Tower in city's Elephant Road on Sunday night.
