Bourses start week with downward trend
Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) started the trading week with downward trend on Sunday.

The DSEX in the country's main bourse stood at 5,763 points decreasing 48 points.

The DSE Shariah Index (DSES) reached 1,320 points declining 3 points.

The DS30 index decreasing 1 point to stand at 2,024 points.

On the premier bourse, turnover, an important indicator of the market, stood at Tk 812.77 crore.

Of the issues traded today, 72 advanced, 247 declined and 29 remained unchanged.

Selective Category Index - CSCX of Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) declined 201 points to stand at 17,580 points.
