From Food to Luxury

From Food to Luxury

The earth started by cooling itself and producing edible foods for its inhabitants but if only earth could know that it's not producing just food rather its giving birth to a disastrous future for itself then it might have never cool down its anger. Mahatma Gandhi said - the Earth has enough for everyone's need but not enough for everyone's greed.
For a very long time we remained in the bubble of illusion that we have enough to feed our future generations but when Albert Einstein gave his theory of kinematic energy, he did mention very clearly that it takes a lot of energy to transform one thing to another and in the process some energy does gets lost. Now one may wonder why on earth would there be a relation between food and energy specifically of such heavy scientific theory. Well the answer lies within the very theory of E=MC2. Let's not go into the scientific explanation rather let's find some different angle of this formula, which can be put through as Earth is equal to Man's Cultivation energy square, meaning the more man can cultivate the more there is earth. We all know that cultivation is the very basic tool for producing food.
In this modern world of industrialization, the term Cultivation has lost its charm like an eternity, people get more encouraged to rummage the earth's skin and pull out all its body particles rather than nourishing it like that old mother who needs care like a child. Nowadays people behave like the infant spider that eats its mother from within before putting its feet on earth. We are killing our mother nature for nothing but the uncontrollable lust for resources. From various scientific publications during the year 2018 we came to know that we have come very close to our own extinction and in the brink of an eye we can become the fossilized sample.
Now one may find no sequence between the title and the article but to remind you that this whole game of survival on earth is the 'game of food'. If you are well fed, then you can work well and then if you can work well you can feed yourself.
Well it's like the very circle as the earth's shape. No end and No beginning but if there is even a slight force of energy then the cycle runs over and over till the death. But very horridly we turned our back towards the situation that has been created by our own mistakenly given force. We drifted from our goals by leading ourselves to the path of greed. Once we meant life just about food but thanks to the modern technological world that has given us a whole new world of exploration that has given us enough time to think about in what new ways can we pull all the resources of earth, within the shortest period and lest effort.
We should not forget the saying that- for one it is the winter but for another it is the disaster. The technology, new scientific methodology and inventions has given a lot to some people, but it has snatched the opportunity of those who would have come under the umbrella of need but now is deprived due to our greed. Yes, I am talking about those under privileged and deprived children of earth who are living without sufficient food and nutrition for more than decades and their potentiality gets wasted. Our constant greed for being rich and resourceful has made them vulnerable in the face of Mother Nature's wrath.
Not to remind that no government, organization or any other form of institution can solve this problem riddled race of economic sufficiency unless we recheck our necessity versus greed for luxury. For us it's just food but for them it is the Food, their basic necessity.
