Mushroom Cream Soup


Ingredients:
1 cup chopped mushroom
2 tbs flour
4 tbs butter
1/2 tbs butter
1 tbs black pepper
1 large chopped onion
1 cup mushroom cream
4 cloves minced garlic
1 cups water
1 tbs thyme
1/2 cup milk
2 tbs grated cheese

Method:
1. Heat a pan and after it has heated up lower the temperature and add butter. Once the butter has melted add onions, garlic and mushroom. Cook until the onions are soft.
2. Blend flour with milk and the mixture you have prepared. Mix well then add water, thyme, black pepper, salt and sugar to taste and mushroom cream. Stir continuously till a thick white texture is attained.
3. While serving spread some cheese to enhance its taste and enjoy!

Pineapple Cream Dessert

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cream cheese
200ml chilled cream
1 1/2 cups pineapple small cubes
200gm biscuits
1/4 cup melted butter
Pineapple slice
Fresh grated coconut
Cherry

Method:
1. Add cream in a bowl and whisk it till it's fluffy. In another bowl mix cream cheese and sugar to taste and whisk it until the sugar has completely dissolved. Add whipped cream to it and whisk it again for 4-5 minutes. Add the mixture gently with pineapple cubes and set it aside. In a chopper add biscuits, sugar to taste and butter. Grind it well until the biscuit has completely crumbled.

2. In a serving glass or dish add the biscuit mixture first and press it to create a firm and even layer. Then add the cream and pineapple filling. Add pineapple slices, grated coconut and cherry to decorate. Refrigerate for 4 hours and serve chilled.
