In 1987, the first computer business owners' association, Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) formed. Today there are around 10,000 computer hardware and peripheral business organizations. The main market zones of the industry in the capital are IDB Bhaban at Agargaon alongside Elephant Road, Motijheel,Gulshan and Uttara areas. There are mainly two business vertices in the computer hardware industry. They are 'Computer and Peripherals Sales' and 'Services'.Customers of the industry are individual buyers, home users, corporate customers,traders, resellers, etc.On the other hand, the suppliersare direct importersof hardware equipment, local offices of international brands, tradersand resellers.
What are your suggestions for the computer hardware industry?
Ensure that all data are entered into the system perfectly and there should be no discrepancy or anomaly with the total financial position with the trading or transactional data. Accurate control overstock accounts are needed alongside reconciliation of stock and cheque management. Maintenance of replacement and warranty processes as well as measurement or RMA health.
