THAKURGAON, Sept 11: Two people have been killed in separate incidents of snakebite in Pirganj and Haripur upazilas of the district. In Pirganj , Hasan Dipu, 7, son of Akbar Ali of Narayanpur village, was sleeping in his room on Monday night when a snake bit him. Ramisa Begum, 35, wife of late Shafiuddin of Gajdumdangi village in Haripur upazila, died early Tuesday when a snake bit her. -UNB |
