In the streets of Dhaka, parking is one of the worst nightmare for car owners, due to the lack of proper parking space, that compel them to park their cars in the streets haphazardly.
Such parking regularly invites police to fine the operators police for hindering the traffic. Despite punitive actions by traffic most vehicle operators park vehicles due to lack of knowledge about parking and inadequacy of parking spots.
To solve these very problem, an IT startup NexParc has been working since 2016.
According to NexParc team, Gulshan 1, Gulshan 2, Motijheel, Kakrail, Dhanmondi, Green Road, Shaat Moshjid Road, Panthapath, Mirpur 1, 2, 10, Pallabi, Mohamadpur and  Uttara are have less parking space.
The situation turns acute in school starting and ending time, office starting and ending time, shopping hours, doctor visitation hours, wedding or party hours etc.
After identifying all these problems, NexParc has come up with a solution: an app to find your deserved parking spot finder. With this application, parking in your desired location will become pretty much hassle free. On the under hand, parking spot owners can earn extra incentive by renting out their extra parking space.
NexParc's co-founder Md. Shahriar Khan has been working for the last 10 years in IT industry.
He informed that, they have built such a platform that will bring both car-owners and parking spot owners together in the same platform.
Since once a car leaves in the morning, most of the day it remains empty. If we could accommodate the cars parked nearby in those empty garages, then parking related problems will vanish overnight.
Via NexParc one can easily rent out their garage or parking spot for Hours/Days/Weeks/Month and earn a quick extra buck. The money can be transferred or paid from any Debit/Credit card of any bank or even via bKash.
