The participants also got opportunity to study the agro-ecological climate of those areas. After taking lunch, at Chunia guest house lawn was also held a cultural programme which developed understanding and imparted knowledge to the students through interaction and sharing among them.
Prof Dr Kazi Kamrul Islam said that Sal forest tour was an attempt to create a linkage between their theoretical knowledge with practical point of views and knowing dependency of local tribal people on forest and impact of forest decline on them.
