Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited (AIBL) began a week-long induction course for its newly-recruited officers at the bank's Training and Research Institute in the capital on Sunday.
The bank's Chairman Abdus Samad visited the institute to meet the participants on Monday and delivered his speech as the chief guest at a ceremony organised by the institute, said a press release.
AIBL Ex-chairman and Director Badiur Rahman and Managing Director Md Habibbur Rahman were present on the occasion as special guests.
The bank's Training Institute Principal Nurul Islam Khalifa presided over the ceremony.
AINL Senior Vice-president Md Majharul Islam and Faculty Member Towhid Siddique were also present on the occasion.
