A passenger plane of China Southern Airlines with passengers on board was hit by a cargo vehicle at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in the capital on Monday.  

The flight (0392) was scheduled to fly to Guangzhou in China at about 12:30pm. It was dashed by a cargo vehicle on the runway just before flying, said a passenger in the flight.   

The flight was cancelled and the passengers were evacuated.

Civil Aviation authority is investigating the incident.
