A new drama serial named "Noy-Choy" started on April 19 on Maasranga Television. It will be aired every Monday and Tuesday at 9.20pm. Muhammad Mostafa Kamal Raaz has both written and directed the serial. Amirul Haque Chowdhury, Shaju khadem Arfan, Allen Shuvra, Irfan Sazzad, Mukit Zakaria, Ishika Khan and more will be seen acting in it. The serial is comical in nature and centres around a building numbered 96 which can be separately spelled as "Noy-Choy."
The landowner of "Noy-Choy" or "Nine and Six" is Amirul Haque Chowdhury. He is a retired government officer. He has three sons acted by Shaju Khadem, Arfan, Irfan Sazzand and one daughter, Ishika. He is optimistic that his children will become idealistic like him. Matching his expectations his eldest son Shaju becomes a simpleton. He has no other world outside his home save his office. His second son Arfan is a wayward humourist who travels around often lying about his properties. Youngest son Irfan is a university student, and likes to chat. On the other hand their tenants Allen Shuvra, Jovan and Shawon study in the same university like the same dress and the same girl presumably Ishika.
