Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested seven people suspected to belong to a human trafficking syndicate from different parts of the capital on Friday night. Rab-3 sources said the arrestees were involved in trafficking workers to Sudan and Libya and collecting ransom from the migrant workers after confining them there. However, the identities of the arrestees could not be known yet. Details of the arrests will be available at a press briefing, said Rab. ?UNB
