Rajshahi: A case was filed against 13 people including an army person and a member of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) for their alleged involvement in torturing two school boys tying up hands and legs, and recording the clips in Poba upazila on Sunday.

The victims are identified as Zahid, son of Mohammad Emran of Baghsara area and a student of class eight of Baghsara High School and his classmate Emon.

Zahid was admitted to Poba upazila health complex while Emon went missing after the incident.
