
Prior to his new assignment, Mr Kabir was working as Senior Executive Vice-president (SEVP) and Chief Financial Officer in the same bank.
After obtaining Master's in Management, he started his banking career as Probationary Officer at National Bank in 1984.
He later joined EXIM Bank in 1999 and received Gold Medal in consecutive three years for his extra ordinary performance.

On the other hand, before receiving new assignment, Abdul Bari was SEVP and Head of Internal Control and Compliance Division of EXIM Bank.
After obtaining his BSS and MSS degrees from Institute of Social Welfare and Research under the University of Dhaka, Mr Bari started his banking career as a Probationary Officer at National Bank in 1988.
Later on he joined Prime Bank Limited in 1995 and then Mercantile Bank Limited in 1999.
He joined EXIM Bank as Senior Assistant Vice-president (SAVP) in 2001 and performed as the Head of different divisions of Head Office. He received Gold Medal in consecutive three years for his extra ordinary performance.
He secured First Class First position in both BSS (Hon's) and MSS degrees and received the Chancellor Award in 1987.
