Tishma?s new album released online

Rock Princess of Bengal, Tishma's new solo album "Mesmerised" was released on the last day of the recently concluding year, 2015. The album contains twelve tracks all of which have been composed by Tishma herself. The album has been officially launched on Tishma's personal website: The song "Prem Tumi Acho Bole" will soon be available online as music video in youtube and on satellite channels. Other notable songs of the album are- title hit Mesmerised, Waiting For You, Alo Alo, Otripto Pronoy, Bhalo Thako Bondhu etc. Though Tishma's songs are known for focusing on rock genre only, this new album is said to contain songs in many different flavours.
About the album Tishma feels pleased with herself and hopes the audience will also find it tasteful. Apart from her Kabir Bokul, Anurup Aich, Rabiul Islam Jibon, Faisal Rabbikin, Jahid Babul have also contributed to the lyrics of the album. Tishma is looking forward to release other songs of the album in video format soon.
A classicist at the beginning Tishma grew up in Europe. Although she received most of her musical training during her school going days in UK her education was far from getting hampered. She scored 10 A's in O level and 5 in A level. Tishma has released eleven solo albums to date the youngest one to do so. She is the first and only female music composer from Bangladesh. She could play the piano fluently at the age of four and she published her first album 'Tara' in 2002 as a child artiste. The genres of her songs include rock, Bangla folk, opera, rap, classical, experimental, alternative, Nazrul, Rabindra sangeet, adhunik and more. Tishma's last album 'Hypnotized' was released in 2013.
Redowan Roni's Icecream finishes
'Chorabali' director Redowan Roni's second directorial venture 'Icecream' is slated for release soon. Shooting and dubbing of the movie have completed what remains is final editing and approval from the sensor board. However viewers will still have to wait a couple of months two at least before the movie hits the screens. Besides casting regular stars ATM Shamsuzzaman, Diti and Omar Sani the movie will look to give chances to promising stars Uday, Raaj and Najifa for a taste of the big screen. The movie is about 'love' and the care and passion for 'love'. It has been produced by PopCorn Films, Ping Pong Entertainment and Top of Mind.
