Singer distributes interim
cash dividend

Singer Bangladesh Limited (Singer) completed distribution of interim cash dividend for its shareholders for 2015 to the respective shareholders' bank accounts linked with their beneficiary owners (BO) ID through BEFTN on Sunday (December 13, 2015).
Undistributed dividend warrants will be sent to the shareholders by courier at their registered address.

Trading of POCL shares
Trading of the shares of Padma Oil Company Limited (POCL) will be allowed only in the spot market and block transactions will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from tomorrow (December 17) to December 20, 2015.
Trading of the shares of POCL will remain suspended on record date on December 21, 2015.

Sale/buy completion of shares
SAIF Power: Tarafder Md Ruhul Amin, sponsor/director of SAIF Powertec Limited (SAIF Power), has sold 15,00,000 bonus shares of the company at prevailing market price through stock exchange as announced earlier.
MSML: A Matin Chowdhury, sponsor/director of Malek Spinning Mills Limited (MSML), has completed his buy of 25,16,800 shares of the company at prevailing market price through stock exchange as announced earlier.

BPL changes AGM vanue
The 8th annual general meeting (AGM) of Baraka Power Limited (BPL) will now be held at La Rose Hotel, 16 Ornob, Mirer Moidan Point, West Dargah Gate in Sylhet  instead of Hotel Star Pacific, Dargah Gate in Sylhet.
Other information in connection with the AGM will remain unchanged.
