Jesmin Ara Begum, Vacation Judge of the Metropolitan Sessions Court on Monday granted Refayet Ahmed, admin of the Facebook page Moja Losss, bail only four days after he was arrested in a case filed for anti-state propaganda under Section 57 of the ICT Act.
On Monday he was produced before the court on completion of a two-day remand.
On December 11, Metropolitan Magistrate Waskurni Khan Chowdhury granted the remand when Bhatara Thana SI Abdur Rouf produced Refayet before the court on Friday seeking a 5-day remand to interrogate him.
