After four days of killing publisher Faisal Arefin Dipan, a miscreant has threatened his father and professor of Bangla Department of Dhaka University Abul Kashem Fazlul Haque over a cell phone on Wednesday morning.

Quoting Dipan's mother, banglanews24.com reports Dipan's father receives a call from an unknown number at 11:00am on Wednesday. Through the call, the miscreant told Haque not to do any excess over the murder of his son. if he does, the consequence will not be good.

Afterwards, Haque shared the matter with family members and felt insecurity.

While talking to reporters at his Paribagh house on Wednesday afternoon, Dipan's father said, "I feel nervous and insecure. I have never felt so much insecurity since our independence".

On October 31, Dipan, a publisher of slain blogger Avijit Roy, was hacked to death at his office at Aziz Super Market hours after a publisher and two bloggers came under attack in the capital's Lalmatia area.
