Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) will provide up to Tk 12 million (1.20 crore) home loan facility to Rangs Properties Limited (RPL) customers with a 50 per cent lower processing fee and a quicker turnaround time.
In this connection, an agreement has recently been signed between Eastern Bank and Rangs Properties in the capital, said a press release.
EBL Head of Consumer Banking Nazeem A Choudhury and RPL Chief Operating Officer (Real Estate Division) Mahtab Uddin signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Under the agreement, EBL home loan customers and employees will enjoy 11.11 per cent discount on regular prices and other privilege services from Rangs Properties Limited.
