Farmer’s found dead in Magura

Magura: The body of a farmer was recovered from Doramathna village in Sadar upazila on Friday morning.

The deceased was identified as Milon Bishwas, 30, son of Malek Sheikh of the village.

Officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station Munshi Asaduzzaman said Milon remained missing after he went out of his house on Thursday
evening.

Locals spotted the body of Milon in a field of the village on Friday morning and informed police.

Later, the law enforcers recovered the body and sent it to Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.

Police said miscreants strangulated the man to death after beating him and dumped the body there.

A case was filed in this connection.
