CRI to preserve Bangladesh's true history

Centre for Research and Information (CRI) in a study circle on Thursday taken up an initiative to hold a series of study circles to dispel all the evil attempts to distort the history of the birth and journey of Bangladesh.
The first study circle was held with the participation of more than 50 students from various institutions in a two hour discussions in the capital's Dhanmondi area.
The study circle was held with a vision to enlightening the youths with a sound and true knowledge about the key events centring the birth of Bangladesh and the role and contribution of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Handouts were distributed among the students on different topics titled- Smear Campaign regarding the 1974 Famine, 16th amendments of the constitution and Engagement of the influential world leaders in the social media including Facebook and Twitter.
CRI planned on holding study circles in different colleges and universities in the coming days to spread the true facts of the untold stories of Bangladesh's history and also showcase the unyielding struggle of Bangabandhu.
