South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce (SBAC) Bank Limited opened its 38th branch at Payra Chattar in Rangpur on Monday. 
SBAC Bank Board of Directors' Chairman SM Amzad Hossain inaugurated the branch as the chief guest, said a press release. 
The bank's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Md Rafiqul Islam presided over the inaugural ceremony.
SBAC Bank Deputy Managing Director Md Dilwar Hossain Bhuiyan, Rangpur Superintendent of Police (SP) Md Abdur Razzak, Rangpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Senior Vice-president Mostafa Hossain Ripon and newly-opened Branch Manager Md Shoeb were also present on the occasion along with local businessmen and elite.
