The senior vice-president of Bangladesh Handball Federation, Kazi Mahtabuddin Ahmed died on Wednesday night at 1.00 am at a local Hospital in Dhaka. He was 69.
He left behind his wife, two sons, one daughter and a host of relatives and well wishers to mourn his death.
He was in Bangladesh Handball Federation since 1989. He is the vice-president of the federation till his last breath. He played the leading role to development of handball in the country.
Bangladesh Handball Federation and Handball family lost a guardian with his death, which can't be filled. Bangladesh Handball Federation president, general secretary, joint secretary, executive members, players, sports personnel expressed deep shock at his death and prayed for the departed soul.
