Peoples Insurance Company Limited (PICL) has approved 13 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year that ended on December 31, 2014.
The approval came at the 30th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held at Dhaka Ladies Club in the city on Tuesday, said a press release.
Chaired by the company's Chairman Mohamed Ali Hossain, the meeting was attended, among others, by its directors Engineer MA Rashid, Saiful Arefin Khaled, Jafar Ahmed Patwari, Kabir Ahmed, Mohammed Anowarul Haque, Md Mahfuzur Rahman Bhuiyan, Mohammed Abu Kauchar and Jamal Uddin Bhuiyan, and Chief Executive Officer MH Khaled.   
A good numbers of shareholders also attended the meeting and took part in the discussion.
