9 'militants' arrested in capital

Detectives in separate drives arrested nine members of banned Islamist militant outfit Ansarullah Bangla Team and Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami (HuJI) from different parts of the capital on Sunday night.

Dhaka Metropolitan Police media centre confirmed this on Monday morning.

Police seized a huge amount of bombs, explosives and books from their possession.
