
BFF vice-president and development committee chairman Badol Roy and Reaz Uddin Al-Mamoon of Epyllion Group penned the memorandum on behalf of their respective sides.
The sponsor will provide the entire money of the budget of taka 75 lakh for this tournament.
BFF boss Kazi M Salahuddin was present in the programme. He said that the federation was moving ahead day by day.
"We have done very well in last few years. We had a dream of a football academy for couples of decade and we have fulfilled that task recently. I'm looking forward to see the outcome of the academy soon," said the football legend.
Salahuddin expressed his longing about Bangladesh footballers playing in Europe within five years. He said that they would be able to assign two foreign coaches in the Sylhet Football Academy soon.
The country-wide national under-15 championship is going to hold after four-year interval. 64-district teams of eight regions will take part in the event. The final round will be staged in Dhaka.
Afterwards, the selected players of the tournament will get chance to play in the upcoming SAFF Under-16 Championship in August and AFC Under-16 Championship in September.
However, the sponsors are willing to stay with BFF for next three years.
