The High Court on Monday rejected separate bail petitions filed by BNP leader Mirza Abbas in two sabotage cases.
The single-bench of Justice Ruhul Quddus passed the order.
The High Court on Sunday heard bail pleas of the cases against Mirza Abbas and fixed Monday to deliver its order.
Earlier on April 15, The bench of Justice Quamrul Islam Siddique and Justice Gobinda Chandra Tagore gave a split order on the bail plea.
A case filed with Dhaka’s Paltan police in December 2014 accuses Abbas of being involved in arson attacks and explosions, while another case, lodged with the Motijheel police on Jan 4, was under the Explosives Act.
