Verdict on war crime accused Mahidur, Chutu today

The International Crimes Tribunal-2  will deliver its verdict on Wednesday against Mahidur Rahman and Afsar Hossain Chutu of Chapainawabganj district for their alleged crimes against humanity during the Liberation War in 1971.
The three-member tribunal, led by justice Obaidul Hasan, fixed the date on Tuesday.
On April 23, the ICT-2 kept the case waiting for verdict.
Mahidur and Chutu, alleged Razakar members  in Shibganj upazila of Chapainawabganj, face three charges including mass killing committed in the district during the Liberation War.
