The Election Commission on Thursday published a gazette notifications announcing them officially elected.
'The Ministry has already taken preparation of conducting the oath of the newly elected public representatives,' State Minister for Local Government and Cooperatives Mashiur Rahman Ranga told reporters at his office on Thursday.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will administer the oath.
Earlier, Awami League-backed candidates Annisul Huq, Sayeed Khokon and AJM Nasir were unofficially elected mayors of three major city corporations in Dhaka and Chittagong after the elections were held on April 28 amid boycott by pro-BNP contenders.
According to the officials, the Dhaka North City Corporation and Dhaka South City Corporation have been running by the administrators since December, 2012. The elections of the two city corporations held after around 13 years.
